Settlement Information
A Settlement has been proposed in a class action lawsuit against Kannact, Inc. (“Kannact” or “Defendant”). The Settlement resolves claims brought by individuals impacted by the data security incident that took place on or around March 13, 2023, that resulted in the potential accessibility to the personal information of Kannact’s current and former patients and employees (the “Data Incident”).
Who Is a Class Member?
All persons in the United States whose information may have been impacted in the Data Incident, including persons to whom Kannact mailed a notification that their information may have been impacted in the Data Incident.
